Information you choose to share

Constellation Formulations may receive the information you voluntarily provide when you email us, submit a project inquiry, call us, or communicate with our team. This may include your name, company, contact information, project details, expected volumes, timing, and budget information.

How we use information

We use this information to evaluate project fit, respond to your inquiry, prepare scopes and agreements, communicate about services, and manage an active client relationship. We do not sell personal information.

Project information

Please do not submit trade secrets, proprietary formulas, or other confidential technical information through the initial inquiry. Confidential project information should be shared only after the appropriate agreement is in place.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, page usage, referral sources, and successful project inquiry submissions. This service may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information. We do not send project descriptions, contact information, or other inquiry contents to Google Analytics.

Outside services

Scheduling, email delivery, website hosting, and related business services may process limited information under their own privacy terms. Project inquiry information is transmitted through our email delivery provider to the Constellation Formulations business inbox. Constellation uses reasonable business safeguards but cannot control the security practices of an independently operated service.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry and client information only as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, and operational purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact Info@ConstellationFormulations.com.
